- Selling policies in May, June, July of Bac Ky Smart Life Yen Phong Project:
For selling price policies, the owner Bac Ky still retains the current price for Social Housing 9,000,000 VND / m2 excluding VAT.
In particular, for customers who pay money directly for the distributor unit at the sales event approved by the Investor (taking place from April 20, 2019 to July 31, 2019) will be discount 3,000,000 VND / total purchase of apartments. This amount will be deducted as soon as the customer is signed an official purchase contract.
For the gift policies exclusively for social housing, the Investor decided to suspend the policy of giving TV after giving 25 full sets of TV sets (from April 20, 2019) to the customers who have sufficient conditions for buying Social housing.
Instead, customers who are eligible to purchase Social Housing registering with the Investor from May 1, 2019 to July 31, 2019, and will be applied to a policy of offering 01 heater/apartment. This gift will be awarded as soon as the customer is handed over the apartment (not converted into cash). The average heater price is expected to cost 2,000,000 VND – 2,500,000 VND/heater.
The selected gifts for customers are essential items for daily life, to provide a better quality of life for customers living in Bac Ky Smart Life Yen Phong project.
For gift support policy at selling event, each event will include gifts for customers and lucky draw prizes. The total value of gifts is from 10,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND (depending on the number of customers attending). In which, each gift is expected to be 100,000 VND/gift, equivalent to about 100 – 300 customers.
