After some months of selling apartments and continuously adveertising, Bac Ky Smart Life Yen Phong project attracted a large number of customers to visit and buy social housing. The project is getting more and more interest, Bac Ky wishes to understand the aspirations of potential customers – workers and low-income people who are living and working in Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh.

Bac Ky held a small interview with a few customers who wanted to buy social housing, to once again better understand what their customers really care.

This time, the customers that Bac Ky selected to interview are 3 people from 3 different groups: workers, officers and office workers who are living and working in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh. They have difficulties in solving housing problems. With a low base salary, they never thought about being able to buy a nice house. However, Bac Ky changed their thinking and their life.

When Bac Ky refered that Bac Ky desired to ask some questions, 3 customers were willing to cooperate.

Bac Ky’s officer: “Why do you know about the Bac Ky’s project?”

Mrs.Dang Thi Quy (a preschool teacher) and Mr.Vu Ngoc Toan (office worker at Samsung Vietnam Limited Company) said they obtained project information from Facebook, through promotional activities that constantly appeared on Facebook, were quite excited, so they signed up for advice and then decided to buy an apartment.

Mrs.Dao Thi Thanh (worker at Samsung Vietnam Limited Company) who is a worker working in Yen Phong Industrial Zone – the place where the project is constructed. Every day goes through here, then Mrs.Thanh sees the investor promoting aggressively on the roads, accommodation, … so she decided to consult and choose to buy.

Bac Ky’s officer: “What is the reason you decided to choose Bac Ky Smart Life project for your life?”

Mrs.Quy shared that: “Because I have divorced, the situation of a mother and a child renting a room for living is not guaranteed. I want to have a more stable place, but the salary of  a teachers is not enough. When I see the project of Bac Ky – Social Housing project, I thought I could afford (when I decided to buy, I got the highest price of 10 million). Even if I have to borrow, I still try to buy. In spite of the fact that half of 30% of total value I also have to borrow from relatives to pay. Moreover, the project has a favorable position for working so it is okay.”

Unlike Mrs.Quy, Mr.Toan is from Hai Duong, who lives in Bac Giang. He is also very tired to go between Bac Ninh and Bac Giang. “Currently my wife and children are living with grandparents in Bac Giang, I go to Bac Giang to stay with them and follow the bus to work every day. Both my wife and I are Samsung workers, so we work far away from house. We also have worked at Samsung for more than 5 years, desire to continue to work and stay in Yen Phong so I try to buy houses here. The price of the apartment is also affordable, convenient to go to work and their children to study, so I decided to buy a house in the Bac Ky project.”

For Mrs.Thanh, she also consulted Viglacera’s housing, but found that Bac Ky project more reasonable so she chose to trust Bac Ky. She likes 30m2 apartment and she decided to choose a 30m2 apartment.

Bac Ky’s officer: “Regarding bank loans, do you intend to borrow money from banks? If yes, how much to borrow?”

Mrs.Quy expressed her pleasure that Bac Ky has cooperated with Vietcombank to lend up to 70% of total value of apartment in 15 years. “Paying both interest and principal, it is difficult, but I can still meet the demand.”

Mr.Toan and Mrs.Thanh intended to borrow money from relatives first, if it is not still emough, then borrow from bank. “Financial support from bank is a great endow.” – they said.

Bac Ky’s officer: “Which points of the apartment at Bac Ky project that you are satisfied/not satisfied?”

All three customers enjoyed the design of the apartment as well as the interior layout, which could be accommodated by both children and parents. Well located, bank loans supportso it can be purchased by workers and low-income people. The sale staff is very enthusiastic. Regard the unsatisfied part, the customer temporarily has no idea.

Bac Ky’s officer: “So, do relatives and friends support you to buy social housing?”

Mrs.Quy and Mr.Toan were fully supported by relatives and friends because of good quality apartment.

Although Mrs.Thanh was not supported by family but she still tried to buy for a better life.

Bac Ky’s officer: “Do your friends, relatives and colleagues need to buy similar apartments? Are you ready to introduce to everyone the Bac Ky project apartment?”

All three customers are willing to introduce to colleagues and relatives if they have a need to buy social housing. At the same time, Bac Ky also expressed the desire to provide maximum support to customers in visiting model houses.

Choosing to buy a cheap apartment in Yen Phong Industrial Park with full of great living values is a right investment.
